Handicap Sailing 10/10/26
Reasonable turnout but Opening Day is where 'en masse', we will all be there - Nacras, Hobies, Trailer Sailers and of course, those pesky Flying Fifteens! Oh, and not forgetting Triffic, our colossal Trimaran - Tom and Simon, take a bow!
Thanks to 'Norts' for manning the start boat alongside our Race Officer and Rear Commodore Bill Smith. Phillip Harvey presented the new site today and members now have a new way of registering, not only for sailing but their boat, crew and any other details - that means less scribbling on paper on the day. Oh, and it makes us more efficient, yet only one of a small percentage of clubs where the tech is finally delivering results! Kudos to Rev Sport and Australian Sailing for leading the way.
Hard copy racing rules for the season, with the calendar are on the board in the clubhouse (but also online, get the theme...?)
Anyhow, long way to go but how far we have come!
